Commission-only Remote after training Training in Mississauga, ON No experience required
The Environment

Fast-paced. High standard. Not for everyone.

This isn't a slow ramp-up role. Calls move quickly, standards are high, and the people who win here are the ones who show up ready to compete for it every single day.

01

We move fast

Leads are warm and booked daily. You're expected to be prepared, sharp, and on every call — there's no easing in.

02

Top tier wins

This role rewards the closers who consistently perform. Results are visible, tracked, and reviewed — mediocrity doesn't hide here.

03

You control the outcome

Commission-only means your ceiling is entirely up to you. The trade-off: this only works if you're genuinely ready to compete.

Before you read further

This is a real job. Here's how you'll know.

Commission-only, high-ticket, remote — we know that combination sets off alarm bells. Good. It should. Here's exactly where we stand.

This is not

  • A call-center script you read word for word
  • "Recruit your friends" or an MLM structure
  • A job that asks you to pay for training, leads, or a "starter kit"
  • A vague pitch with no team, no manager, no product
  • Income claims with no explanation of how you'd earn it

This is

  • A real seat on a real sales team, with a manager and coworkers
  • Warm, pre-booked calls with people already interested in buying
  • Commission-only because it's uncapped — not because it's a trick
  • Paid, in-person onboarding in Mississauga before you ever take a live call
  • A CRM, a script you'll actually be trained on, and daily coaching

  • Strong, professional command of the English language — written and spoken
  • A Canadian bank account, for direct deposit of commissions
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Able to attend in-person training in Mississauga, ON (scheduled after offer)

No experience? Good.

We'll train the skill. We can't train the instinct.

Most of our best closers had zero sales background when they started. We're not looking for a resume — we're looking for a specific kind of person who can hold their own in a fast, high-standard room.

You're probably a fit if you...

  • Make people comfortable within the first thirty seconds of a call
  • Actually listen, instead of waiting for your turn to talk
  • Want flexibility badly enough to earn it, not just talk about it
  • Take feedback as information, not as an attack
  • Would rather be paid on what you produce than what you show up for
  • Perform under pace and pressure instead of shrinking from it

This probably isn't for you if you...

  • Need a guaranteed paycheque to feel secure right now
  • Get discouraged after a couple of "no's" in a row
  • Want to work completely alone, with no team or accountability
  • Aren't able to commit to in-person training in Mississauga
  • Are looking for something part-time, slow-paced, or low-effort
How training works

In person first. Remote for good after that.

You're not thrown onto a live call on day one. You're trained by people who close every week, then you go remote with real support behind you.

Step 1

Apply & interview

Submit the application below, including your video introduction. We review answers, not just resumes, and follow up with a short call.

Step 2

In-person training

Onboarding is held in person in Mississauga, ON — product knowledge, the sales framework, objection handling, and live role-play with the team.

Step 3

Shadow & ramp

You shadow live calls, take supervised reps, and get direct feedback before you're closing solo.

Step 4

Go remote

Once you're ready, you close from wherever you work best — with daily huddles, call reviews, and coaching that don't stop after training.

Application

Tell us who you are, not just what you've done

Record a short video (60–120 seconds) introducing yourself and telling us why you'd be a good fit for this role. Talk to us like you'd talk to a prospect — this is the fastest way to show us your energy, not just describe it.

Upload it anywhere with a shareable link — Loom, an unlisted YouTube video, or Google Drive (set sharing to "anyone with the link") all work.

Eligibility

These three are non-negotiable for this role — please answer honestly.
